About the data

Celebrity heights are commonly reported figures and can differ between sources. Country averages come from theNCD Risk Factor Collaboration, and measure 19-year-olds rather than all adults — which is why they run a little above figures like the CDC's. Percentiles are estimates, meant for curiosity rather than medical use. We set all of this out in full, including where our numbers stop being reliable, in our methodology.
